I would not recommend this dental office; I went here a week after seeing my regular dentist. To get a consult on an implant the receptionist said there was no charge for the consult. Now I have cavities which I didn't have a week earlier, and I have a bill. They are trying to sell things that aren't needed, and it will cost more in the end. Don't go just because they are in network for insurance. Would not recommend 0 stars.

Hello, I brought my teenage son in as a first-time patient. Reception staff was good and the hygienist was really good. The dentist was quick, too quick, not very friendly and my son complained about him being not very gentle and hurting his mouth. When we left, my son was adamant that he never wanted to go back, he has never had a strong reaction like that before. The office was in need of a refresh, seemed dated and dumpy. I loved the location and was hoping that we had found our new family dentist. We will keep looking, prior to moving to the area, we had one dentist for several years that we all went too. Looking for that great family dentist that can take care of our dental needs and health. Unfortunately, we didn't find that fit at Midwest Waconia. As a side note, they advertise on the website a New Patient special, your choice of $59 exam & digital xrays or an electronic toothbrush. Neither were discussed on our new patient visit and I didn't feel comfortable asking, I didn't think I should have too.

Would No recommend!! I made appointment knowing I had few issues… most of the appointment consist of x-rays and pics, GREAT Assistant staff!! Dr. Enberg looked at my teeth for maybe 10 minutes, mostly the picture, sent me home with a $10,419, 7+ visit plan.. 3 root canal, 3 crowns, and one surgical extraction. I have no insurance. I got second opinion, for no cost. I received 3 fillings, and 1 non surgical extraction with 2 visits, out the door $ 1200.. everything is healed fantastic with zero problems!!!

I was a patient there for about a year and a half and was unimpressed throughout my experience. My hygienist was very slow (first appointment took over 30 minutes just to take routine x-rays and appointment took over 90 minutes total even though I had zero issues with my teeth/gums), and my dentist seemed more interested in chit-chat about subjects he cared about than he was with looking at my teeth and respecting my time. I also found the front office staff to be lacking; they charged me incorrectly for routine care and lost documents that I had completed and signed for them, which I was lucky to discover on my own because they never reached out to inform me of their error. I'm glad I've had significantly better experiences with other dental clinics previously, because if I thought they were all like this I would never want to go back to the dentist again.

The service was friendly. However, when we received our bill we believed that they were misleading about what our insurance would cover. In addition, it was obvious from my Xrays that l would need all my teeth removed and then have dentures. I opened my mouth and the dentist tapped on a couple of my teeth. She then wrote up an estimate of the dental costs. I was charged for an extensive oral examination. As far as l was able to discern, l was charged for her reading my Xrays. The one thing l did appreciate was the suggestion to go to the UM Dental School. The receptionist helped me to make an appointment.
