As a service to our patients, Midwest Dental submits claims to your insurance company and offers patient-friendly financing. We collect payment at the time of service. Payment can be in the form of cash, check, insurance, credit card, or our patient-friendly financing option.

We recognize that many people are concerned about the affordability of health care services. However, the cost of dentistry can be managed. As a service to our patients, we offer financing though CareCredit, AGF, or CapitalOne. This option helps patients achieve the smile they deserve with easy extended monthly payments.

INSURANCE PROCESSING
As a service to our patients, Midwest Dental will submit your claim to your insurance company. If you have a deductible or a co-pay due for services provided, those fees will be collected at the time of service.
We provide you with a complete estimate before any treatment is done, and we make every effort to maximize your dental benefits. However, each employer designs their own dental plan. If you have questions about what is covered, you should contact your employer or insurance company.
