Dr. Michael Spiewak
Dr. Spiewak earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University and then went on to Northwestern, where he earned his dental degree (DDS). In 1997 he joined the Midwest Dental family at our Madison University clinic. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Dane County Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Spiewak consistently takes continuing education courses to provide patients with the best possible care. His goal is to help every patient reach optimum dental health through restorative and preventive care and help them to maintain their teeth. Dr. Spiewak believes that the patient is the most important person in the office and that high quality dentistry and a caring attitude will give his patients a positive dental experience.
Having grown up in a humble Chicago household, Dr. Spiewak feels strongly of giving back to the community. He is an active member of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and makes home visits to the poor monthly. For the past 6 years he has been a "Big Brother" in the "Big Brother/Big Sister" organization of Dane County. Recent charitable activities include fundraising for Habitat for Humanity and helping set up a new health program for the homeless in Madison. Dr. Spiewak is active in his church as a lecturer and Eucharistic Minister.
A resident of Madison for the last 11 years, Dr. Spiewak enjoys photography, skiing, fishing and hiking. He and his wife Peggy are the proud parents of Lisa, Matthew and Christina.
