I am a recent new patient of this location, and I am beyond impressed with the service I have gotten! I have not been to the dentist in several years, and it's intimidating to start up again. Especially with almost always having negative experiences at my old dentist. This location was the first place to answer the phone quickly and have availability for a consult within 2 weeks! The Dr. Rachel was so kind and honest with me at my first appointment. I felt so welcomed and relieved from the moment I walked in, and the receptionist is so sweet! I got to have my first cleaning today with Stormie, and she is so amazing! I was in and out in 20 minutes tops, and she had such great advice and conversation. Everyone here is professional, efficient, and friendly. I am so happy I found this place!!

My experience with Midwest Dental has always been both informative and courteous. I've been attending the Appleton office for many years now. Their service has been wonderful. They have shown me exactly what they are doing, what they want to do, the teeth they will be focusing on, and best practices going forward to help mitigate heavier future expenses and care. I am cursed with maligned teeth from my parental heritage, had braces and still have a wire keeping my lower teeth in place - but just last week, I just had a coworker compliment me on my teeth! Being 45 years old as I write this, that makes me happy. My quality of life is absolutely better because of their services. Highly recommended.

I informed them that a filling had to be repaired as a priority. When I got there they told me the could not fix the filling, and I would have to wait a year. This was an emergency situation, and the did not to prevent further decay. The staff including the dentist where rude, downplayed the issue, and blamed me. They wanted me to keep coming back for more appointment so they could keep billing me. My over well being was not their concern.

Second time being there for teeth cleaning, this was second time being told that I had pockets in my gum line of 1 tooth. If not treated it could continue to erode the jawbone. Then I’d loose it & loose some chewing area. Stormie preformed the extra deep cleaning after numbing topically & locally for possible pain. She also had explained the procedure well. No surprise! This is 24 hours later & no pain, slept good. No concerns. I go back in a month for follow up & X-rays if needed. Procedure was reasonably priced & hopefully I won’t need an oral specialist referrral?

Positive and or negative reviews are a way for the office to improve. I made an appointment to have my tooth looked at. I came to my appointment and was told “ I see you are here for a crown?” The dentist came in and proceeded to tell me “ we discussed this at your last appointment and you were given a plan of care. That was a year ago! It would be different if Amy the receptionist manager had informed me over the phone That I was being scheduled for a crown appointment, than to just show up and be surprised. At no time during my negative review did I say I wasn’t returning to this office! The staff is very nice! Worst service I have ever received from a dentist. I have an infested tooth. Thank goodness it doesn’t hurt. It’s been 6 months now, 3 different dentists, 5 consults later and it’s still not taken care of. Made 3 appointments to get my teeth cleaned and only half is done. They just use up your insurance, which I have two. So when you get to the real problem, it all has to be out of pocket and they send you to a dentist specialist which is out of you insurance area. They do not care about you at all. All they care about is money and how they are going to make you do all these appointments. I have had a clean bill of Heath up until I went here and all of a sudden, I need all this work. Shame on them. I am going to find a new dentist!

Horrible. They said I needed a crown even though my tooth wasn't hurting but I get it done and the cap that is put on didn't fit right so it was uncomfortable for two weeks. Then I get the crown on and pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket and that tooth HURTS so bad and is sensitive to hot/cold and is just throbbing. So I call after a couple weeks of the pain not getting better and they are arguing with me that now I need a root canal. Sooo I have to wait in pain for six months for my insurance to renew. Not happy at all. Don't get anything done unless it's absolutely necessary.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve always had naturally bad teeth (no matter how much brushing, flossing, fluoride rinsing, etc. there’s always something wrong) and as such, a big phobia/fear of dentists. But coming to this office has changed that - the staff is always extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Arts is kind and always gives an honest & thorough explanation of what she’s doing, calming me down during procedures. The receptionist, Amy, has also been such a familiar and friendly face over the years as well. When I was in college, I had to get a lot of dental work done and owed $1,000+ out of pocket. She recommended Care Credit which saved me financially!! I was able to pay off the bills at my own pace, and it was fee free for a year. Overall I’ve had great experiences at this office and my fear of dentists is truly gone.

I have moved around the country numerous times in the past 10 years which means tons and tons of dentist; it also means I know what I like and dislike in a dentist. Dr. Arts was kind, quick, explained everything, truly treated me as a friend and not just one more patient. She did a deep cleaning and fixed an old filling on me. Both appointments were on time and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. During the deep cleaning Dr Arts was patient when I would express discomfort but she never hurt me or pressured me for “just one more second” as other dentists have done.. for the filling, SHE HAS MAGIC HANDS. Didn’t even feel the pinches for the anesthesia; she was so so fast and precise and made sure even my old retainers fit correctly! In and out of the place within 40 minutes. I’m so incredibly pleased with Dr Arts and her staff! I’m excited to continue to see her as my dentist!!
