I don't like the unkindness I have received from Louise. She has cancelled appointments without rescheduling when we have requested a reschedule. Good dentists, bad bookkeeping I had been going to this office for quite some time with no issues, up until about a months ago when I get a bill in the mail that says nothing but "balance forward" zero explanation as to what it is. After I went into the office they still had a tough time explaining to me exactly what the charge was. Turns out, it was for an appointment I had back in January, and they sent it to my insurance incorrectly. The only explanation they gave for why it was the first time I was hearing about it was "well we're under new management so we are trying to clean things up" Long story short I'm still disputing the charges over a month later, it's been a nightmare. I will not be going back once this is cleared up.
