This Dental practice has really gotten great. Very caring staff and Dentist! I have very high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and always have. I went to this dentist for the first time Tuesday, and for the first time I didn't feel like I was being judged and after a few minutes of talking with them my anxiety and panicky feeling started to go away. Dentist Drexler is very welcoming and caring and takes the time to explain options and treatment plans and goes above and beyond to make sure your receiving the best treatment for you!
I hate going to the dentist. Doing my taxes is more fun. However, the team at Midwest in Chisago makes it easier. Cherie is real, honest, kind and always making sure I am ok. Even got me a blanket to keep me warm because I was nervous! And Dr. D tells you straight and answers honestly. I had an extraction this week and he didnāt sugar coat it but explained everything before, during and after to make sure I understood everything happening. I even could call his cell if I had an after hour emergency. Yep. I will be coming back.. begrudgingly but not because of them, but because I hate going to the dentist because of previous experiences. This team might just change my mind...
