Very unprofessional, Seems like after Covid hit. This place has gone down the drain I Was being seen at this dentist office for a long time, Went through three new doctors at this location. Not sure why these doctors keep leaving this place. Maybe these people hate their jobs. I don’t know, but the only nice person that came out was my hygienist but it’s unfortunate that I chose to leave and got a new doctor because this place is full of negativity.

My mother, Kris, went to get a tooth pulled today and experienced immense pain during the procedure. She was told by Dr. Shaw that it was just pressure she was feeling but my mom was in pain during the entire procedure. I think she can tell the difference between pressure and pain. She has had other teeth pulled in the past and never had this much pain. My dad, David, went through a similar experience 2 years ago, which is why he found another dentist. Dr. Shaw, during the procedure, was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. My mom felt undervalued and shunned during this visit, and she felt as if she was being scolded and tossed aside. This is definitely the last time our family will be going to Midwest Dental.

Don't go to this company especially the one in Burlington Wisconsin as they treat their customers very rudely and they also discriminate against poor people. I came into that location to make an appointment and the check to see if they take my insurance because I haven't seen a dentist in over 2 years and the main doctor thought I was being rude and also assumed that I was insistent to be seen immediately and even I think called police on me.

Ladies were very nice but service was rushed. I was in the chair for about 8 minutes for an cray. Doctor said I need an oral surgeon but gave no gel or movacain or anything for screaming pain in face. I was told to rotate tylenol and ibuprofen a special way that barely made a difference. Oral surgeon they recommended is a 2 month wait. I found another that could get me in much laster only 5 days. He agreed these doctors can do more to make patients comfortable in between visits antibiotics takes days to subside pain like this. VERY disappointment I was brushed off so quick with out any relief !

I took my three year old here a few months back when they had a different dentist. Everyone was nice and it seemed very clean. We had to bring our one year old emergently today. I will never go back. This jerk took over an hour to do an exam after a routine cleaning, messed my hair up so bad that I looked like I'd just gotten out of bed, was very rough on my mouth, grabbing and yanking my cheeks and tongue, examined parts of my body that have nothing to do with my teeth, tried to re diagnose medical (completely non-dental) issues I have specialists for, suggested medication changes that are none of his business to explore, and all around made an ass of himself. I love the office staff and Elizabeth, the hygienist, who treated me for years when the location was under Drs Anderson and Schwade, but having to deal with this idiot has driven me, with my family in tow, to another dentist.
