Not super happy. Called to get an estimate for a crown. Was told I would have to be seen. I set an appointment and waited 3 weeks to be seen. At the appointment we spoke less than a minute about the crown. The rest of the time was spent discussing to become a regular customer, setting up a regular schedule for teeth cleanings, possibly pulling a couple teeth... to be "proactive" incase they develop issues later (wisdoms) which I have had for 35 years with no issues and currently have no issues... seems like they are more interested in everything else, but I what I came for ... I didn't feel the main focus was on what I asked for... more for their needs of generating more work for them.

I went in for my appointment and asked to make sure my insurance was valid on the computer on their end and they told me yes. I proceeded to get a cleaning and a couple cavities filled back in July after they stated I had insurance and what my co-pay would be. I paid the co-pay before leaving. I just now received a bill in the mail for an extreme amount of money that I owe from that visit when I did have insurance according to them. So 6 months after the fact I get this thrown in my face? I’ll never go back to them after this little scandal.

I had gone to Aspen Dental and they told me I must have all my teeth pulled out. I thought, NO WAY, and made appt with Midwest Dental. They were all so nice and explained my problems, and it turns out I will have one tooth pulled and they will try to save the rest by cleaning and so on. I would spend my money SAVING my teeth than getting them pulled and wearing dentures. I am 73 and have all my own teeth. I am not looking forward to the work, but feel relieved.

I had a toothache from hell. I had never been a patient at Midwest Dental. I walked into their office at 4:00 pm and was listened to, given my options by two knowledgeable front desk gals. I was registared as a new patient, then seen and x-rayed by an amazing hygentist, and then seen by a a thorough, teaching, and totally kind dentist! I was out the door by 445pm with infection prescription in hand. And I received a 5%discount for paying in cash!
