Visited a medical clinic after my filling fell out, and I'd like to share my experience. Initially, the clinic's staff was accommodating, and I was able to get an appointment without much hassle. However, my satisfaction with their service took a turn for the worse when the filling they placed fell out just six months later. It's disheartening to face the same dental issue again in such a short span of time, and it raises concerns about the quality of the materials used or the expertise of the dental professionals. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and looks into improving their dental services.

I was visiting a medical clinic for a routine dental cleaning, and I regret to say that the experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the quality of the dental cleaning was subpar. This oversight not only compromised my oral hygiene but also forced me to seek another dental clinic to correct the inadequacies of the initial cleaning. It's very disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism.

I have been going to here since 1998. My hygienist Pam is awesome and a pleasure to talk, and work with. Dr. Singla is also a very personable person to work with. My latest crown was done in a quick and efficient manor with no adjustments needed. In and out with the permanent crown in less than 20 minutes. Never had a problem with any of their work, and I have had plenty! Highly recommend.

Sorry to be the one to rock the score here...but we need to get real. Went here for years before Midwest bought out. A couple of the short staying dentists were great, but then they were left with the one there now. My FIL and myself both received treatment plans that were not needed. I know because we both got second opinions. To make matters worse, I had to call 3 times to ensure my future appt was cancelled AND requested twice for my records to be sent to my new dentist. At my appt, my dentist still didn't receive them. I filled out forms at my new dentist and had them request my records. Went in for my 2nd 6 month cleaning at the new dentist, they STILL hadn't sent them. "Vicki" at Midwest said she would send them back in April. Nothing. Inessa (hygenist) is literally the only wonderful person (been there since prior to the buyout) left. I think she needs to move before that place implodes.

I went in for a deep cleaning and paid over 200 dollars. My teeth felt slightly cleaner but still had plaque on my lower teeth. It was disappointing considering I had to pay that much money for only half of my mouth. I switched dentists and when went to sign release forms for my xrays the lady at the front desk was rude.

Stay away from this office. If you’re in pain, they only will give you a few refills than they ask you to come in. I’ve been without pain meds for a few weeks. Needed to get extractions from a surgeon which takes a month or so. Also very expensive. So yes need to wait. While I wait I’m in pain. Told that to this office, nope...denied. They don’t care. Also what was odd, told them what side was hurting, they only x-rayed one side and not all of my mouth. Told that to another dentist and they said right...should have done all of the teeth. Folks, might be some good reviews but my experience turned from good to bad fast. To the office: respond and say what you want...I know what I’ve experienced and the lack of care you showed in the end. You lost a patient and will continue to lose due to my review. Remember...the customer is always right!! Muagh!

Our family has been with Ridgepoint / Midwest Dental for over 15 years. We had tried several other dentists before but had not been happy with them. We have been very happy with Dr. Carron and Dr. Hodack. Plus, their staff is wonderful - and my oldest has Asperger's Syndrome, so can be a bit difficult sometimes. They always take the time to make sure he is comfortable, and they even let him read a book if he needs to. We've always received the very best care at Midwest Dental, and I don't envision us moving on anytime soon.
