The doctor I had was wonderful. Unfortunately that was the only pleasant experience. My hygienist was extremely rude. She would loudly sigh or say “oh god” as she scrapped my teeth, complaining along the way. She roughly moved my head back and forth as needed. She continued to rudely complain about my apparently very unclean teeth. (I routinely go to the dentist) it increasingly became embarrassing and I felt like I was being scolded like a child as she exclaimed that I was going to “lose my teeth” at the rate this was going. It was truly horrible and demeaning. But the doctor said- no cavities, no issues. It was degrading. I will be looking for an new office moving forward.

Long time patient, but recent experience was poor. I was scheduled for my twice yearly teeth cleaning, but it was scheduled within the 6 month insurance req; this would mean I would end up owing patient responsibility. I expect the office to account for that prior to scheduling my visit. Was expecting the office to write off that balance and go through the cleaning given it was not my fault that it was scheduled incorrectly. What's worse is that this also means that I lose out of my second cleaning benefit for this year.

Its been >10 years since I've been to the dentist, so naturally I was a bit worried. After a thorough initial X-ray assessment, I had an apt for the work needing to be done, a thorough cleaning and cavity fills. My hygenist Jen really knocked it out of the park. The clarity with which she was able to explain the problems that are present, why they happen and how I should prevent them from getting worse was the best experience I've yet had at a dental office. And of course she really cleaned up a number of trouble areas, I could tell instantly after looking at them. Sooooo much better. I would recommend this place to anyone. Going back next week for a bit more work. Am I concerned??? Not anymore... If you were holding out, don't hesitate, it only took an hr, a bit of pain and my teeth and gums feel much, much better and now I know what to do to prevent any further damage!

They actually took the time to explain the cause and effect of different Dental issues, and what the procedures they were doing did to your teeth and the reasons for doing it. This is the first time I've been to a dentist and actually understood what was going on and the reasoning behind it. Now that I understand how different Dental issues work and affect your overall dental health, I know what I need to do outside of the office to keep my dental health at its peak and prevent other m,ore serious issues. Fantastic! I needed fillings right away because of other commitments, and couldn't get in with my usual dentist, so I scheduled with Dr. Shrestha. The work was on my middle front teeth--very visible. That's a high-pressure situation for a dentist who's never seen me before! And frankly, I was nervous about it. But she was confident and did a great job. She even localized the anesthetic for me so I would quickly regain feeling. I am so grateful to Dr. Shrestha for her care.

My first visit I saw Dr. Lee, and I apologize forget the name of her assistant. They where very professional taking many x rays and then examining each and every tooth. Dr. Lee was very pleasant and also had a good rapport with her assistant. A happy group of people makes a nice atmosphere. Dr Lee explained her findings and recommendations in a manner I could understand. I actually appreciated the two step method, as I was not there for hours. The next trip was the cleaning which was done in about an hour. Professional and I felt they did a good job. A nice thing is they don't make you sit in the waiting room for hours.
