Dr. David Young

Dr. David Young studied pre-dental at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before earning his DDS from Marquette University in 1974. He owned a private practice in Milwaukee, WI for 19 years before deciding to concentrate primarily on clinical dentistry with Midwest Dental in 1993.

Dr. Young believes that to be a true professional, a dentist must be forever a student. He has taken numerous Continuing Education courses including “The Concept of Complete Dentistry” from Dr. Peter Dawson. Dr. Young is an active member of the West Central Wisconsin Dental Study Club – affiliated with the Seattle Study Club. The club focuses on comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning.

Dr. Young’s office mission statement states: “The purpose of my practice is to provide excellent quality complete dentistry in a warm caring manner so that my patients may maintain their teeth in optimum health for a lifetime.”

Dr. Young’s special interests include complex restorative cases, complete and partial dentures, Invisalign, smile design, and implants.

In his free time, Dr. Young enjoys golfing, skiing, duck and pheasant hunting. He has been happily married to his wife, Vicki, for 24 years. Dr. Young has two children, Jessica and Luke, and a Golden Retriever named Phil.

Dr. Kayla Schreiner

Dr. Kayla Schreiner received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Viterbo University and her DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society, American Dental Education Association, OKU Dental Society, and the West Central WI Seattle Study Club. She is also a member of the Mondovi Lions Club and Holy Rosary Parish, and enjoys participating in events that help her community such as Give Kids a Smile and Relay for Life.

Dr. Schreiner believes in providing quality dental care to patients of all ages in a comfortable, caring, and professional environment. She strives to build lasting relationships with her patients while improving their smiles and overall dental health.

Dr. Schreiner enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as outdoor activities such as horseback riding, golfing, fishing, camping, and playing volleyball. She and her husband, Nick, reside in Mondovi with their daughter, Grace.
