Dr. Otto is amazing. He listens to you and what you want and encourages you to ask questions about YOUR health. The hygienist was a little curt a couple of times, but she does do a good job. A little more care/kindness would be appreciated I'm sure. Patient/provider interactions should be pleasant, not forced. Overall great staff though. Thank you Midwest Dental.

Dr. Otto and his team at Midwest Dental are excellent! My 2 year old daughter had her very first dental exam today. Kelsey, dental hygienist, made her feel comfortable and even had her laughing and smiling. It was a great experience! Dr. Otto is a kind, gentle dentist who takes his time to explain things. He’s a polite man and genuinely appears to care for his patients. I like the care my family and I receive at Midwest Dental and I’d recommend them to anyone.
