I had a tooth that had cracked. My first appointment was to have x rays and an examination before I would decide to use this dental office. The receptionist Taylor made me feel welcome and at ease. Her professionalism was a deciding factor to choose this dental office. The dentist was gentle and answered all my concerns. The day of the tooth extraction, my dentist was not available but they did notify me ahead of time. The dentist that did the extraction along with his assistant took their time to make sure that I was comfortable, and knowledgeable about post care. I highly recommend this dental office.

I tried calling on my way there to let them know I was caught behind an accident but no one answered because everyone at the office was at lunch. Was told I am blacklisted when I tried to reschedule with a different location because I said it was 'bull***' that I now have to take an unpaid day of work because of this whole experience. Unbelievably terrible customer service.

Don’t use this business. They’re misleading and will cost you money. I had them provide my daughter with sealants because I was assured insurance would cover expenses. A month later I got a $400 bill. Midwest Dental says it’s my responsibility to know my insurance coverage. I argued that they shouldn’t have provided me with false and misleading assurances. I no longer use their service because I no longer trust them to give me truthful and accurate information.

By far the best dental care in the area. I've had over a dozen dentists and not one has had the compassion or care that Dr. Tucker Smith has!!! I told them from the start I was a "problem pt.", thing's happen to me that shouldn't and if he was up for the challenge I would give them a chance. Almost 3years later and I'm still here with Suzanne and Dr. Smith my forever dentist family. They have basically built me a new mouth. The smallest details that you don't think about they do and make sure it looks right. I know some people are hesitant to go anywhere, because they are embarrassed of how bad their teeth are DON'T BE!!! This team will treat you with respect and care to give you back your...whatever....and if they can't the referral specialists are the best. I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years and when I came in, Rachel (the hygienist) was really nice and didn't make me feel bad about neglecting my teeth. She explained all the steps she was taking and all the possible new tools that they used that I didn't have experience with. Once Dr. Aimee came in she was just as pleasant and nice as Rachel had been. I have already been back since my cleaning to work on getting a crown put in place and Dr. Aimee and her assistant Sherry were great. They talked to me about every step they were taking. This is the best experience I have ever had with a dentist anywhere. Dr. Maggio and the whole staff at the Waunakee office are always helpful, friendly, flexible and punctual and usually go way beyond the norm to help however they can. I have rarely ever waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment and whenever there is a scheduling, insurance or other issues, they have always been very willing to work with me. I can not say enough good about my experiences with the Waunakee office. I often feel like it is like seeing old friends when I go in for an appointment. I do not know what I will do after Dr. Maggio retires.
