Diane who cleaned my teeth was awesome!! Real personable and made sure she knew what was going on with my teeth before doing anything. The doctor that checked me, I felt did a really though exam. I miss Dr Low, but I'm glad you guys are able to still get providers and staff that do an great job. Front desk is always great also. I can never remember her name (petite lady with really short hair), but she is usually there when I go in for my appointments and is always helpful. I'm hoping to get Diane and the same provider again when I go back for my next cleaning.

Horrible service. Appointments canceled all the time. Not flexible to reschedule. Had an appointment moved up 2 hours and I could not make it, they would not keep the apt time or reschedule in a responsible time. They up sell so much and say so much is wrong with your teeth and other dentist have not seen the same issues they claim my family has had. This also happened to my mother and my brothers family. Terrible place.

Moving to a new city and finding a new dentist that you like and trust is very stressful, especially when you have had bad experiences with past dentists. I needed to find a dentist asap because of a cracked tooth. Dr Low at Midwest Dental was the only dentist that would get me in right away. No one else in town would take me because I wasn’t an existing patient. Boy did I luck out! If you want an excellent dentist with great bedside manner, choose Dr. Low. I had a cleaning and check-up the other day and Chelsea, my dental hygienist was great too. She was thorough and very informative. 6 months later…Come to find out, when I rescheduled my six month check up today, October 26th, Dr. Low is no longer there. They only told me that when I tried to get an appointment for my husband. They said they weren’t excepting new patients because they have temporary dentists. I will probably try to establish another dentist that will take both my husband and I.

I went in for a cleaning/check up and was advised I had a cavity/ needed a root canal done. When she got home she noticed they had broken her molar. Few days after the check up they tried to filling that without do a correct procedure. The following day my left side of my face got EXTREMELY swollen from my cheek all the way to her eye. It has now been 5 days and it’s still swollen. I went to the ER and was advised I needed to see a surgeon. 3hrs later they did a surgey in the part that they worked on. Now I need to see the Endodoncista to see if they can do a root canal, a lot expenses, a lot of pain etc etc For everyone safety I would NOT recommended to go here if you need a special care.

Way before Covid 19 hit. Midwest Dental essential employees wore mask, glasses and gowns working on patients. I love going there, my Dental Hygientist was very good and treated me with total respect. I even got my wife to switch to her. The final exam with the Dentist was with a non pushy approach which a patient very comfortable! Covid hits and the buisness is shut down! No money coming in. A month or two later they open but now they had a meeting and decided to charge each patient a fee before work is preformed. Now their charging $10. A month ago they charge my wife $12. Just for their safety equipment. You have to supply your own! I cancelled my next visit!!

My family goes to Midwest Dental on University Ave. Green Bay, Wi. I appreciate the friendly employees, from the front desk all the way to the dental chair area. They are very nice and do an excellent job. Our Great grandson had his teeth straightened and he looks like a new person. It was done by DR. Just and I considered the end results nothing short of a miracle. He had teeth growing in the roof of his mouth and they have all been moved to where they belong all in one year's time wearing braces. No surgery needed. My husband and I also go there and are quite pleased with everything they have done for us.

We recently moved to the Green Bay area and Midwest Dental was recommended to us by a coworker. Having worked for a dentist for 3 years, I was a bit hesitant to try a "chain" dentist as I had not heard very good things about them. I can gladly share that Dr Metzler is a very kind and gentle dentist. He explained everything to me before fixing my tooth and was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I was eight minutes late to my appointment and they would not let me get in that day. I had to drive 40 minutes to the appointment and leave work early. Very frustrating that the would not provide more flexibility. I decided to pursue another dentist since the dental services that I received previously were average and nothing special. My experiences have been phenomenal at Midwest Dental. The receptionist was prepared, knowledgeable, & got me in immediately. The assistant was respectful and kept me up to date on the procedures I was getting. The doctors were very professional, curtious, & efficient. The staff has gotten me in twice due to a severe toothache the same day. I received antibiotics, x-rays, and alleviated my pain promptly. They listened to me, were empathetic, & catered to all my needs. They gave me a follow up appointment before I left & they called me later that day to see how I was doing. I am new to Green Bay and did not have a dentist in the area. When I broke a tooth and lost a crown I tried Midwest Dental and I have been very pleased with them. They got me in right away to look at my tooth and help me decide on the proper fix. Every one was very helpful, friendly and professional. I needed a root canal, tooth build up and a new crown and they were able to do all the work in their office. They were good at trying to work around my schedule and get the work done quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I'm a Dental Hygienist who worked for a dentist who sold his practice to Midwest Dental, Dale Nixon. I followed him there because I thought he was a great dentist. I was very happy with Midwest because of him and all the other people who worked there. Recently, Dr. Nixon retired. I just had a 6 month check up and saw the new dentist, Dr Metzler. He was great! He was very personable, intelligent, gentle and had a great chairside manor. I definitely plan to return to see him for my next check up in 6 months. I also love the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Missy. She was efficient, friendly and gentle. Jill and Janine at the front desk handled my check in and insurance information with a smile and made me feel welcome and that I was in good hands. I never felt rushed. These are the things that make for a great dental practice.
