This is just a dentist, nothing special. Work done was good enough. I lost 12 hrs of holiday pay because they didn't let me know they were not showing up day before Christmas eve. Then I don't get a call back till the Tuesday after. No apology. If you are looking for a dentist office look no further, for anything more don't rely on the good and service they offer because it might not be there when you show up.

They are very non judgmental here and that’s something that I appreciate. Other dentist I’ve gone too have shamed me for the condition my teeth are in because of my Depression and mental health issues. I was ready to give Midwest Dental an opportunity, a rather pricey one at that. However after reading the reply to a negative review ... I am going to take a hard pass. Truthful or not, the response is unprofessional. Well reading the response, it reads as someone with other factoring issues (client). Offen frustration of appointments cause poor health needs to remain neglected. Disorders training and getting these difficult client's in for treatment of poor health conditions should be the priority of any professional Healthcare facility. Not exploitation!

From the first phone call it was an amazing experience. Jill at the front desk talked to me multiple times trying to get me in earlier than the 2 days out that I was scheduled for my broken tooth. When I went they were so kind and caring knowing I was in pain. They did everything to be safe from COVID to figuring out what my options were. I decided to get it extracted. The Dr. Tried to fit me in same day unfortunately could not due to other appointments however, her husband at the Ohio St. location could fit me in and they sent me over literally 3 minutes away to help me. My new patient appointment is next month and I actually am looking forward to it when usually I hate going to the dentist as I've had bad experiences in the past and had braces for 5 years so just not a fan. Midwest Dental and everyone I came in contact with was nice and happy and upbeat. Would recommend 1000 times over.

I have been here twice now, once for my consultation and just recently for my cleaning. The receptionist is incredibly kind, caring, and personable. She really has helped me understand how my insurance works and what it covers both times. I had Becky for my cleaning and was amazed by how thorough and careful she was during my cleaning. I had made the terrible decision to whiten my teeth prior to my appointment and she always checked in to make sure I was doing okay. Wouldn't go anywhere else... They're awesome with my daughter. She was pretty scared at her previous dentist, and they weren't very compassionate about it. You won't run into that problem here. ( remember, no matter where you go, they'll try and sell you the perfect smile, that's my only complaint. I don't like how quick they are to spend my money, whether i can afford it or not. But comfort is king, and that they have perfected)

I didn't even get to the appointment because of how rude the staff was. They wouldn't wait 60 seconds for me to get the information they needed and when I called back half the information they said they needed they didn't ask for. It seemed like all they cared about was getting me in so they could charge me. They don't want you to have a conversation with your dentist so you know they're right for you; as long as they can charge you you can see them.

The receptionist is annoying. Keeps telling me what to do when she has no right to tell me what to do with my own teeth. She should at least let people make there own decision instead of making the decision. I'm going to go to a new place. I dont even like the doctor too. We usually go to Midwest North, however the Dr had an emergency. My daughter had an emergency and got into this office. I texted her the info on one of two of dental insurances and told her to tell them to call the other office the next day. She needed a root canal and the doctor did not even call her in an antibiotic nor a pain medication. VERY VERY disappointed and angry that in an emergency that they treated a 20 year old this way. Our family WILL NEVER use them again, nor will I refer anyone I know to this office. If we can't get into Midwest North for any reason (the office was closed due to a death) then I will find a different dental office outside of Midwest to treat my family members.

I've had multiple appointments at this location and every time I arrive, I'm always greeted with a smile. The woman at the front desk always addresses me by name, and knows exactly why I'm there. I'm assisted promptly and never have a long wait. The dental assistants and dental hygienists I've worked with are extremely thorough and explain things in terms I understand. They make sure I'm comfortable, which I appreciate because sometimes trips to the dentist can be not so pleasant. The Doctor herself always takes plenty of time meeting with me. I've been going there for 7 years now and have always had excellent, friendly service. Short waits, easy to schedule appointments, flexibility when things come up, they do a good job cleaning and are not too pushy trying to sell the extra services. The only somewhat negative thing is that it seems the doctors and hygienists tend to leave every couple years. It's bad because you loose the rapport with the previous one, but at the same time the new ones always seem as good or better than the previous and it's enjoyable meeting new people.
