The dentist, her assistant and the scheduler were all extremely helpful in getting us quickly scheduled and lovingly cared for when my 95 year old mom had a need for an extraction for a tooth abscess. Like many people I do not enjoy going to the dentist. I have to say from the moment I walked through the door that everyone was very nice and super friendly. Dr Henry and Ruth explained everything that they were going to do and why. My exam was VERY thorough and I felt relaxed and comfortable. I have had my teeth cleaned by at least a dozen different hygienists over the years, but Megan (the hygienist at this office) was easily the best. It had been a while since I have seen a hygienist, partly due to so many bad experiences, but Megan was very thorough and gentle, and my teeth and gums now feel the best they ever have. Throughout the appointment she provided me with a lot of valuable education to keep my teeth healthy going forward, and on top of that she was a blast to talk with. It was readily apparent that she is incredibly passionate about her job which helped contribute to the overall great experience that I had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an excellent dental experience.

I had a terrible experience at this dentist. I had terrible pain during the fillings that almost caused me to pass out. The fillings were done so poorly that I had to go to another dentist to get them fixed and pay another bill. I was in severe pain for months. I have been making payments on my bill even though I had insurance. As I am struggling to make ends meet during the covid pandemic they sent my bill to a bill collector and added $35 to the bill. I should have refused to pay the bill from the start due to the terrible experience. I hope that no one has to go through what I have with this dentist.

The team at Midwest Dental in Cross Plains is amazing. My son has had to go there more then most being that he hit his chin pretty hard and ended up killing two of his baby teeth. Everyone was courteous at my first visit. However, my dental cleaning was less than thorough. I had to return on a different day to have my teeth cleaned correctly by a different hygienist, and I paid in full. I later left a message with Midwest Dental of Cross Plains to find out if they would throw in a free cleaning at my next visit to compensate me for the time and money I am out for having to return a second time in order for MWD to get it right. I am still waiting for a return call.
