I have to say after going to a clinic that was staffed by a bunch of uneducated butchers(I was an expanded functions dental assistant for the VA and in private practice for 23 years) and having my mouth destroyed, I was a bit Leary of going to another dentist( lower income people have few choices of who they can go to...) Dr. Bloom at Midwest Dental was a heaven sent...We talked and worked out a care plan and he is so gentle and a VERY GOOD dentist after working with so many different dentists at the VA (a lot of residents) I found him to be exceptional...I would recommend this office and Dr. Bloomer to all my friends needing dental care... He and his staff are more than 5 star practitioners...!!!

Just a great experience. I was a new patient and got taken care of immediately. I had to fill out some paperwork and after I turned it in I didn't even get a chance to sit down and they called my name and I met Megan for the 1st time. She was just great, she got down to business and everything went very smoothly. She took care of everything except the actual exam which happened right after my cleaning. She was very pleasant and we got along great from the start. Great place, I highly recommend it.

So to be honest my opinion is a little tilted. I am currently in quite a bit of pain as I type this. I went to the office at 8 am per the posted hours on the door. a half hour later they are still not open. So I called the office and left a message. Its 8:50 now almost an hour later and they still are not there. On top of this I have been waiting almost a month and half for an email or call after the dentist stated that he was going to to speak with a colleague about the tooth that is once again causing me pain.

They are great when you're there but.... My daughter tried calling for a dental emergency, left a message and has not gotten called back. The website says they're open but, no one is answering. You don't get anywhere with the answering machine options. If there is an issue they should add that to the answering machine. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM!!

I just had my first Dentist appointment at Midwest Dental in Deerfield and the staff definitely exceeding my expectations! The receptionist knew every patient that walked in during my visit by name, the hygienists were so friendly and amazing during my visit and my two young kiddos visit (which, as a mom, this is great!) and did such an amazing job. They all explained everything when something would come up and even looked into my insurance during the visit to see what an unexpected procedure would cost for me. The doctor, Dr. Bafus was also so informative to me and my family and our dental options. It's such a great pleasure to find a great dental office.

I don't even know where to begin on the great experience. Came in with a tooth ache as a new patient and from the minute I walked in the service was outstanding. All of my services were thoroughly explained and was given a ride when I had to unexpectedly go to the oral surgeon. Dr Bafus was amazing in her concern and care. In addition the staff was personable and all seemed to enjoy working for Midwest Family Dental. For ramdomly picking them after leaving a dentist I had for over 20 years I hit the JACKPOT!! I will never have concerns about visiting the dentist and keep up the great work.
