At first, I thought I'd give you a shot. I wanted to save a tooth but after the constant pain and issues I decided it's best to extract. You wouldn't extract my tooth but instead wanted to refer me to a totally different clinic. Menomonie Street Dental is expensive and they don't even do that great of work but because your husband works there, you want to send me to him! Let me ask why you are sending people out of the clinic you work in to another clinic, let alone a terrible clinic and one your husband works at? Seems a bit suspect to me! I'm appalled and I'll never go to your clinic again. However your other building of staff are amazing and are able to help me. I'm really concerned that you have been a dentist for as long as you have and did nothing for me accept take my money. I'll gladly be coming for my x-rays. You guys would get a minus 3 star rating if I could!

I've been going to Midwest Dental, Eau Claire Oakwood for about 20 years, and the care there is exceptional. I go in for cleanings 3X a year, and every hygienist I've had has been exceptional! I highly recommend both Maria and Tina! Also Dr. Melinda and Dr. Katie are both great! I came here after having poor care by a (very nice) dentist who did very poor cleanings (I didn't realize until I needed a periodontist!) 20 years later my teeth were saved and have sustained a healthy condition by the Oakwood team's care!

As my insurance changed I was looking for a new dentist and just sort of stumbled on Midwest Dental on Google ... lucky for me. It had been a couple of years since I visited a dentist (sort of lost track during COVID) and so I was anxious to find a good dentist. Anyway, Midwest Dental's unassuming and sort of 70s looking building from the exterior is actually hyper modern, spotless, and very professional upon entering. They arranged for me to meet with Dr. Katie Ronglein and it turns out that she was truly great. Both Dr. Ronglein and her assistant were patient, really wanted to get a good sense of my medical and dental history, which was unremarkable, but they were fully engaged in hearing my history. I had just the initial consultation which my insurance paid in full. I recommend Dr. Roglein fully, as I think she is the most intelligent, well informed, and kind dentist I've actually ever met ! I will definitely continue to use Midwest Dental and Dr. Ronglein.

I've tried to contact Midwest Dental customer service which apparently does not exist.. or anyone that might be able to answer the question as to why they are now charging $12 a person for any service including teeth cleaning which was 100 percent covered.. because they have to do extra cleaning due to covid-19.. did they not clean up before? My insurance didn't cover that extra charge. thankfully it was only me that went and not the other 4 members of my family. I cancelled all of their appointments. why on earth should I have to pay about $50 dollars so you can clean your office? I've been a customer for about 20 years and am now looking elsewhere.

Never EVER! "Dr" Rosenberg gave me a root canal, it became reinfected. She said I needed another root canal on the adjacent tooth. I let her do it. Infection came back again. Then she said perhaps she didnt clean it out good enough on the first one, and had the nerve to want to charge me 3000 to go back in and fix HER mistake! It took an oral surgeon to correct the mess she made, not to mention an unnecessary root canal. Stay away from this one folks...

Recently had my first appointment with Midwest Dental. I was nervous since I hadn't been to the dentist in a VERY LONG time. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and did not make me feel bad for being so neglectful. I had to come back for a debridement cleaning - which wasn't pleasant but needed to be done. I love how clean and great my teeth are looking and actually looking forward to my follow up appointment next month! The best parts are that they keep you up to date with appt reminders through email and/or text. They also walked me through all the procedures I had done or will have done and gave me a print out that showed estimates of what my insurance will cover and my out of pocket -- making it very easy for me to budget!

They didn't judge me for not being consistent with my dental care.
