I had scheduled an appointment for my husband, informing them beforehand that he needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted. They agreed and asked us to schedule the appointment. However, when we arrived and reiterated that it was a wisdom tooth extraction, the dentist proceeded with an x-ray. Surprisingly, after the x-ray, she informed us that she does not perform wisdom tooth extractions, despite us mentioning it multiple times prior to the x-ray and appointment scheduling. This situation feels like a complete scam. We ended up paying for everything out of pocket and now feel deceived. She never mentioned before the x-ray that she doesn't extract wisdom teeth at her office. Adding to our frustration, the dentist she referred us to later informed us that the x-rays taken were unreadable and completely useless, as they didn't even show the tooth in question. This whole experience has left us feeling disrespected and unable to trust her.

I had quite a few dental jobs done by Dr Walton! Some fillings, a crown and Bridge - all perfectly done. Dr Mary Mcauslan is great, compassionate and professional. Dr Sefton Dvoratchek has been a great disappointment. The Crown was ill fitted with a misbite. I left in tears with no round up, no instruction but still paid. Never got a follow up nor check. No response to my promised return calls.

I had a bad experience, I don't know if it was just with me. but the Dr. The Young lady when she did the exam to me she was hurting me the gums a lot it was nothing gentle, I've that exam before and they don't hurt me so much like that. for education I don't get up and leave the place but I regretted leave my money to that place. when doctors graduate, they take an oath, to help people But some of they forget that. she gave me an estimate of $6800. and I she leave me with my problem, she didn't even try to help me. looked like she just wanted the money. I don’t recommend that place there are many more good dentists at least treating you with dignity

I placed the call to see about availability for an exam and x-rays. My experience was EXCELLENT!! The receptionist worked with me to find a time that met my hectic schedule and due to a cancellation, I was able to schedule my cleaning the same week as my new patient exam. The hygienist, Chris, did an fantastic job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Sefton was so kind, thoughtful, and professional. The office is pleasant, modern, and very welcoming. I had my teeth cleaned here 6 months ago and just received a message that I was due for a cleaning. I made the cleaning appointment and upon arrival, was told they were going to do oral cancer screening and x-rays. I told them I didn't want all those tests, but the Dentist insisted they were "mandatory". I still refused, and the dentist said I was "dismissed". The staff was apologetic and very nice. Midwest Dental has set up routine exams to not only clean your teeth, but clean your wallet too. Great staff, greedy dentist. Be aware as you get fleeced by their well designed, revenue-gaining methods.

I've been seeing Dr. McAuslan for close to 20 years, and will never change. I've inherited fairly weak teeth, and have had extensive work done there. This week, a root canal and fitting for a crown on a front tooth. As planned, the procedure was long, yet I felt very comfortable. The Doctor gave detailed information on what was being done. As always with Alma and the Doctor, a good sense of humor makes going to the dentist enjoyable. Highly competent dentistry, great staff and a few laughs keep me coming back. Since I have retired, Liz has been helpful with alternate means of financing as well as working with my individual insurance (I no longer have employer dental insurance). p.s. I'm almost able to nap during treatment!

I had a sudden, horrendous toothache and they squeezed me in immediately. The whole staff was attentive, genuinely kind & caring, yet very professional. Dr. Gonzalez was able to make me comfortable but had to refer me to a specialist. The specialist (and his staff), that she recommended were equally as timely and proficient. A note to parents of small children: I could hear another hygienist and his young patient next to me. The hygienist did a wonderful job relating to his young, chatty patient. I was very impressed by the way he interacted with her. The reception and treatment rooms are clean, bright and cheery. Midwest Dental gets an A+ in every aspect. Wouldn't want them to change a thing!
