Last year I received an unexpected bill from them, which amounted to several hundred dollars. I was surprised because we write out a check in full after every visit. After some work on my part I found out that it was about a check-up and dental cleaning that the office did not tell me about. So I paid this bill..... and talked to their office who assured me that we were paid up in full, she even told my wife this also! So I was completely stunned to receive a 91.00 bill in the mail today even though we haven't been to the dentist! Customers of this place should be warned!

I had a sudden tooth issue arise, my previous dentist retired and I was looking for a new place. I reached out to Midwest Dental, with an appointment cancellation, they were able to get me in within 15 minutes and on the same day. After an initial assessment, they were able to get my in again the next day for a procedure. The staff were very kind and friendly, easy to talk to and any questions I had were answered. I feel the procedure was well done and no issues. I will be going back in the future.
