Dr. Greene is a great dentist! He makes sure to talk you through everything, and makes sure you understand what he will be doing. He helped a family member who has a true phobia of needles and he made sure to talk to him and distract him while he made him numb. When I went back in for myself, he asked how he was doing and made sure his dental work was good as well (NOT a HIPPA violation in this case). All of the dentists have helped myself, or family members, and I recommend them all at Midwest Dental Melrose. Edit: I'm not sure that Dr. Greene is still at this location. However, Dr. Chase is an amazing dentist and a great person all around! He has helped me out when I was struggling with some dental issues. I highly recommend this place!

Maybe, the staff were just having an off day, as the unfriendliness I had felt entering the clinic for my dental appointment was immediately addressed when I brought it to the attention of the dentist. After speaking to the dentist, Dr. Chase, about my concerns with the front desk staff and the hygienist, he was very compassionate and caring about listening to my concerns. He is a great dentist! Just that first impression when you walk through the clinic doors, I was surprisingly taken back by the unfriendly feeling of the facility. The dentist is willing to work with his staff to make it a much more friendlier atmosphere for his patients. I am so glad that he cares, and I hope that the rest of the staff cares as much as he does. Thank you Dr Chase for being so kind and addressing my concerns!

I had a very painful tooth. First thing was they got me in with in a week. Second thing was they cleaned my teeth and verified all the work to be done. Knowing about the tooth that was so painful the dentist took time later that day and let me come in to take care of that tooth. Everyone was so nice to talk to they made it fun to be there. I took my mother to Midwest Dental to have her tooth fixed. She had broken a part of it off. She is 94 years old so her teeth are 94 year old teeth. The dentist did a fabulous job of matching the composite piece to the color of the rest of her teeth. He also filled in the open areas around this tooth so she has her wonderful smile back and her tooth that was fixed looks like nothing ever happened to it. The staff were kind and easy to work with. The hygienist was fun and was entertained by my mother. They were having so much fun- at the dentist! Great place!

The coffee in the waiting room was my only positive experience here. I made a emergency appointment for myself and my husband only to have x-rays taken and teeth cleaned. At which point I was told I hardly even needed a cleaning. The dentist then told me he had no time to do my extraction. And they referred me elsewhere which I didn't have time for. Still very salty about whole experience.

Not good - Went there for years.. Then changed dentist because my dentist retired. Went to a new dentist they found thousands of dollars worth of work I needed done. The last couple of cleanings they missed a bunch of cavities.. They don't care about you. Would not recommend.
