MD - Middleton. Well, if you have a healing CSore & lip chewer and it was worse 3 days ago. And you put Carmex on your lips cause they are dry they will not see you. And they will not see you until it show signs of healing. But, if you look closer than 3'-4' away you can see healing. Okay, if it is healing with the skin redish with new skin. No oozing or excreting any liquid at site. "You can't see that from afar." My faith in dental offices are dwindling. I use to be an dental assistant 20 years ago and we never treated patients this way. Dental is about care not the the $. Good for kids cleanings.

My Husband had been back 4x to get get his tooth repaired! Every time he goes in the "doctor" attempts to fix it, gets flustered and then a day later he is going back as his tooth has fallen out again! This is not okay, I would never recommend going here. We came here for a workman's comp issue, so now we are stuck until hopefully she gets it together and can fix it. I had to give a start so I can post otherwise I would never give a star!

Tried to get an appointment as a new patient and acknowledged that I have their coupon for $89 for cleaning, etc. Also acknowledged I have dental insurance, and the receptionist told me that they can't honor the coupon for insured patients. I suggested they just not bill the insurance company, and she said that's not their policy. Their policy?? It's not the insurance company saying that -- it's this dental office. What's going on? The answer is clear -- insurance pays them less, so the sooner I run out of insurance, the sooner they can jack up the fees beyond what the insurance company will pay. Not patient friendly, just money greedy, and not the kind of service company I want in my future.

I've been to lots of dentists throughout the country. My experience at Midwest Dental is the best! Dr Killian is a pleasure work with. He provides the facts, possible alternatives and consequences of the alternatives. No pressure, just the facts. His staff is outstanding! Nicole Clay is the best. She will clean your teeth, and does it in a pleasant profession manner. Everyone on the staff is pleasant, calls you by your name and is concerned about you. Best dental office I have ever been to. As long as I live in this area I will always continue to use them. The office is clean, inviting, and relaxing. The staff is friendly and genuinely interested in helping whether with service, billing, referrals etc... It is rare to find such great service and an honestly friendly staff these days. Even my 10 yr old loves to go to the dentist!
