My key reasons are: his thorough exams, thorough explanations, his listening skills, his technical expertise, and his two assistants' expertise. Also fine service at front desk from two managers there. The overall practice rests on conservative care.

Switched dentists in February after moving here to Neenah. Doctor recommended retainers for night grinding and keeping teeth in place. Agreed after being quoted $150. So started this process in February. Couldn't get in to be fitted until April. At that appointment they asked for payment, again only $150. Paid it no problem as that was what I was quoted. Got the retainers finally in May. Now today, July 8th, I get a call saying that I owe an additional $100. The lady who called me was extremely rude about it. I asked why it took 5 months to find the mistake. She said that she got the insurance denial on April 26th. That was still almost 2 and a half months ago. Her excuse was that she has over 2500 clients to keep track of. Morale of the story is that they have too many clients to handle. And it's your fault that the billing is messed up.
