Son has had his appointment canceled 4 times in a row, they call 15 minutes prior to his appointment to cancel. Don't take an 8am appointment, because it will probably get canceled. Ridiculous. So I am pulling records and going to a dentist that wants the business. I shouldn't even give 1 star. 4 times in a row canceled, and only been since January of this year. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. I can see once or twice, but 4 in a row, come on. New Lisbon should get a new dentist. .

Very similar to Audrey Traver review terrible office support. We have been paying patients at this location for 30 years with a family of seven. Once Midwest took over the service and care continued deteriorate until we just decided enough was enough. There were cancelled appointments with little or no notice. When we complained to the condescending receptionist we were told OK bye. Very large turn over and poorly managed company. Now have dental care elsewhere.

My wife went to this place for one visit wasn’t a great one. We got one bill in the mail called to try to pay it and our cards were expired she told them we will pay it in about a week when we get our new cards. Called them and they said oh that went to collections. Tried making an appointment for our 5 year old son they said they won’t see him until the 38 dollar balance is paid. This place is a joke and whoever answers the phone is rude. I live down the road from this place and I rather drive to lacrosse before ever going back here. So unprofessional.

My hygienist Danielle was amazing and very helpful with her information knowledge, hygiene, tips, and great personality and very enthusiastic for her job. She’s definitely doing what she is passionate about and it comes through and her process and friendly smile. Dr Dwight was friendly and knowledgeable. I like that he wasn’t interested in trying to replace my older crowns since they were still in good condition and was very helpful at making suggestions for areas where we could maybe apply a filling to help the pocket concern with the spacing between a crown, and a as existing Kevin filling.

I tried to go to this dentist but my first appointment was canceled because the dentist was out sick for the week, so they rescheduled. I was called a few days before to confirm and I said that I would be coming from Madison so might be a couple minutes late. The lady on the phone said it was fine as long as they new I was coming. I show up 5 minutes late and get told I can't be seen because I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

Danielle was amazing. I don't like dentistry as not many ppl do. I would say I take care of my teeth but obviously could do better just like the average person out there. Danielle made me feel comfortable. She was not judgemental nor made me feel like I was. Lori, the receptionist was also amazing. I am very satisfied with my visit today the dentist really made sure I was numbed up b4 he started drilling I didn't feel a thing. His assistant Morgan was good also. Another thing I'd like to add the hygienist with black hair and glasses her name is jencleaned my teeth not too long ago wow what a amazing job she had done not only did she get them clean she actually took her own time to make sure my mouth looked good. I've never had someone clean my teeth so good I mean she was so good to me and made sure to give me a last look over. I will never have any other hygienist work on me only her for now on. She deserves a raise...I just had a cleaning done again on 1/4/21 by Jen what I great job ?? I think she deserves a big pat on the back she so awesome. If u go try to get Jen ull never have another hygienist.

Excellent care, I am always a little anxious with a new dentist as have had numerous dental procedures ( crowns, root canals, implant) One of my first appointments with Dr. Brown was a new crown with a very irritated nerve. It was crowned excellently and didn't require a root canal, which most of my crowns have needed. He communicates with you and listens well. Very professional and gently talks you through each step. She explained everything very well. I only saw Dr. Rubash for a few moments but he was very nice and efficient as well. A very stress-free dental visit. :-) Update -- I met Dr. Brown for the first time last month to have a filling replaced and again this month after my cleaning. Very friendly and attentive to making the visit pain free. I highly recommend him and this office.

I always had the highest regard for Dr. Rubash, who retired last September. He was the reason I began to visit Midwest Dental eight years ago on a friend's recommendation. I had one visit since his retirement, and it was pleasant as I expected. I have always found the personnel very kind and professional. I plan to keep making the hour-long drive to New Lisbon. The office staff and my hygienist alone are worth the trip.

My husband had an appointment here and the dentist was very condescending to him. He just wanted his tooth filled and they were trying to have him get a root canal even though he cannot afford that at the time and he tried to tell them this and they went out of there way not to listen to him. They told him he had no choice but to get a root canal and when he got up to leave she said where do you think you are going and he said he was leaving and she got more rude then before. I will never go to this dentist and will never have any of my family go here either worst dentist that I have ever been to.
