I would’ve given a five star rating if not for 1 hygienist. She is on my do not book list but unfortunately not on my child’s. Her bedside manner is terrible. I find her to be rude a pretentious. I have a number of oral issues and I was made to feel as if she didn’t want to touch me. Melanie the receptionist is sent from heaven. The complete staff of dentist are amazing! The assistants are also great! With the exception of the hygienist being an absolute nightmare, it’s a GREAT office ?

Was told due to high blood pressure I was unable to get a cleaning. However, I was able to get a root canal, fillings redone, and other more expensive services without even a check of blood pressure. I was also charged $25 dollars for PPE that was provided before the pandemic for the cleaning I was denied for high blood pressure. Seems like this dentist is going for all the money it can get from their patients rather than helping with their dental care.

I had the worst experience ever here. I had a dental abcess, was in horrible pain. The dentist wouldn’t give me pain medication until my dad called and demanded it after I called him crying in pain. The dental hygienist accidentally prescribed me 2.5 times the dose of antibiotics I needed, making me so sick I had to go to urgent care, where they gave me MORE antibiotics. They did my root canal and left my tooth completely grey, which I finally got fixed after three years, and my new dentist told me they didn’t even remove the dead stuff they should have, and my smile didn’t have to be ruined for over three years. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, ever.

The office is upcharging $10 for PPE that they already provide on a daily basis as well as telling me when I arrive at the office that they will not be providing a full service cleaning.. We always get excellent service at Midwest. We switched to them many, many years ago when the office was set up and the preferred provider for Kohler Company insurance. All our kids needed braces and we couldn't have afforded them any other way. We have only had 2 dentists in all the years there, so they know us very well. Only 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Rough on my teeth when cleaning. They were also very vague when describing charges. The paper I signed for the charges I agreed to pay for the dental work vs the bill I got in the mail 2 months after (even though they said I was paid up) did not match. So now I magically have to pay a lot more money that I was never made aware of. I will never go back to this place.

I always get good service...but their billing stinks. The only place I go to and get estimates. The final bill is always more than the so called estimate. You know what you charge for the procedure...you run the insurance to find out what percentage they pay. Simple math to me but I guess not to them. I'm tired of always paying extra a month to 2 months later after initially paying the day of service.

Dr. Geiger has been my dentist for more than 10 years. I am always able to get an appointment within a few days, to see Dr. Geiger, if I have a problem. The friendly staff always greets me with smiles and are efficient and professional. Dr. Geiger and his staff treat me and my family with compassion and a caring attitude. I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes in the waiting room or the dentists chair. My family will continue to see Dr. Geiger and recommend him to friends. We trust him to provide the best possible dental care and rely on his experience to know what we need. Ashley Helling is a kind and wonderful hygienist who keeps my teeth in great shape while making me feel comfortable in her chair. I always make my next 6 month appointment when I am there for my cleaning, her schedule gets filled up fast.
