The experience I had on February 8th was exceptional due to the gal who took my ex-rays and cleaned teeth was upbeat and we had great conversation along with alot of laughs. I got to learn a little bit about her and she made me feel so comfortable. The new dental person which I do not remember his name that I met I knew I was in good hands and he made me feel so comfortable along with understanding my needs and to get done what needed to be done. They both worked together to come up with a plan to get my teeth takened care of. I hated going to the dentist but I will continue going as long as I have people like these two that will take care and understand my needs with my income that I have coming in. Thank You two so much!

Made an appointment for a cracked crown from a jelly bean! Called and verified insurance coverage with the dental plan and told yes, this is in network. Get to the appointment and not in network. Pay $150 bucks for one x-ray and hopefully see the dentist. This didn't work out. Thought I was going to get help today, which apparently also isn't the plan. Make another appointment is the suggestion. Cracked tooth and no help. Move on.

Really liked this place at first, drs and dental staff are great but the front desk/admin and management staff are absolutely horrible. They flat out lied over and over and then sent us to collections after MONTHS of their errors. Then they sued us and the attorney they hired is an absolute nightmare. I pay my bills and have never had an issue like this before. Save the headache and go elsewhere.

First of all I have had anxiety my whole life about going to the Dentist office. The people at this location in St Anthony are AMAZING. I had a “deep” cleaning done at another dentist office and it was horrible. I then had to have it done again at this location and they were wonderful. They took their time and actually cared about me sitting in the chair and made sure I was good. I have and will recommend this location to other people. Ina was gentle while cleaning my teeth and makes sure I am good through the entire cleaning process. Jane at the front desk is always super smiley (even behind the COVID mask) and nice every time I am in or call with a question. Thank you Midwest Dental.

I came to Midwest Dental and Dr. Aldrich for a basic cleaning and to ask questions about my bite, because I was experiencing lock jaw in my sleep. The assistant, Kirsten, was engaging and friendly throughout the whole appointment. Dr. Aldrich did a thorough job of examining my jaw and explaining the impact of clenching teeth over time. Had a wonderful experience here. Everything from appointment scheduling to accommodating last minute requests, the staff (at the front desk, the hygienists, and dentists) are fantastic. They’ll work with you to address concerns you have, and they’re respectful of your time and choices. I love their transparency and efficiency! All of their costs were very clear, and they let me see precisely what everything would cost and even verified with my insurance company before going forward with any procedures. Dr. Aldrich was wonderful, as was Carrie my hygienist. Both superb humans —10/10 would recommend this dental office. You would have to be crazy to not love what they have here :)

I found Midwest to have hours that worked for me and my schedulr. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and told them I was in excruciating pain and needed to be seen. They were aware that I didn’t have dental insurance and would have to set up a payment plan. When I got there the lady at the front desk refused to even see me because I didn’t have the $100 exam fee. She then proceeded to have me apply for care credit to pay them before I can be seen. Let me mention through the whole process I was in pain and she could care less. I believe the dentist overheard our convo and told her if I’m in pain she can not refuse to treat me. So I was seen they took an X-ray and gave me numbing medication and sent me on my way. Before I left out the lady at the front desk harassed me about the payment again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. They are terrible.
