I would highly avoid this place. I went here one time a few years ago and the dentist I worked with had very inappropriate conduct. I filed a complaint but the current manager at the time never noted anything. My tooth was also poorly reconstructed and filled. The cavity itself was encapsulated and the tooth is completely flat. Granted it has been some time since I was last at this facility but only started noticing issues with my tooth in the last year. It can be argued that the cavity could be from other decay since I was last seen. Which would be believable if it wasn't coming directly from the inside of the tooth. Moral of the story, follow up on your complaints, ask for physical documentation of your complaint and speak up if you feel like your provider is doing something wrong.

I don't even have words to describe how happy I am with the care I have received. They are kind, efficient, caring, compassionate, everything they need to be to given an overall great experience and excellent care. Dr. Van Pay specifically lights up the room and eases any anxiety you may have. The assistants along side of her helping through her procedures also make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. I have had to have a lot of different things done over the past few months, from deep cleanings, cavity fillings, and even a minor root canal fix. The difference in my teeth is significant I am SO happy that I decided to go to this location. ALSO AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - for my deep cleaning specifically the dental hygienist no doubt LOVES her job and strives to go above and beyond to give you the best outcome. Since moving to the area a couple of years ago, I am happy with my switch in dentists to Midwest Dental Suamico. Dr. Rebecca is great; on my first visit, she noticed something where my bottom right molar had been. She was concerned about it and had the gals in the office try to locate past records from other dentists to see if this was something new or had been there for a while. I had my 6 month cleaning yesterday with the float hygienist, Missy. She is fabulous! Not only was Missy friendly and made me feel comfortable, but she gave me great information on my teeth and made a few suggestions for me to try to help with the dry mouth that I get from wearing a mask all day at work. I wish Missy was at the Suamico location all the time!

I need more stars ... 5+++. The Midwest Dental staff is excellent. They are friendly, professional and just good people. You'd think it would feel like a chain, but it's the people that count ... and they make you feel like a neighbor. They are upfront about the cost. The cost has been reasonable. Your teeth feel really clean after the dental hygienist is done, but without hurting your gums. Their attention to detail is amazing ... even when they do the x-ray they have a pad, so when you bite down it is comfortable. They don't use the old cardboard bite that is the equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. The entire staff ... from the front desk, the dentists, the hygienists ... all make you feel comfortable and greet you like a friend. I don't go anywhere if I don't like the bedside manner. They are masters. Thanks much. I just saw Heather today and she is wonderful. Great at her job and so friendly. The front desk rocked it too!

Very shoddy work. Had veneers for 30 years without any issues. She recommended that I replace them with porcelain crowns that will look cosmetically better and last a life time. She guaranteed that they wouldn't fall out - or my money refunded. First one came off after a couple months. 2nd one fell out & she was going to charge me to have them put back on and the office visit. When I told her that she guaranteed that they wouldn't fall out , she said that going forward, she was going to charge me. Do NOT recommend!

Dr Reckleberg and her entire staff are wonderful to work with. Like most I have a huge fear of dentists and having my teeth worked on. They have made me feel very comfortable and at ease every time I have been there. They throughly explain both the procedure and pricing. Horrible experience.. got an infection ended up missing a week of work and spent 2 full days in the hospital getting antibiotics in an I V ..... had to pay $1800 for her to pull a tooth and take x-rays and impressions which insurance didnt cover. Had to find another dentist to finish my bridge because I would not go back to them.

I went for a cleaning my bill was $84. My husbands same day appointment was changed because the receptionist said he needed to see the dr. But she was off so they changed it 2 days later So he gets there the gal does a little scraping & polishing them, says ok your done no X-rays or Dr. needed today. 20 minutes he was done He goes to pay and is charged $153. They told him that he had periodontal maintenance, a deep cleaning 20 minutes? A deep cleaning? He goes every 3 months for a deep cleaning. I think he knows what that feels like and how long it takes. Certainly not only 20 minutes. They need to check with the gal and see that it was NOT a deep cleaning. But nothing has been resolved. I think the receptionist looks at what is SUPPOSED to be done and not what actually was done and charges accordingly We will never go back to Midwest dental Buyer beware make sure you get the service you are charged for

Worst place I've ever been as the X-ray tech and receptionist tried to play good cop and bad cop, as far as wether or not my insurance would cover X-rays for over a half hour while I was in the chair. They kept trying to make a deal with me so they would not have to submit anything to my insurance. They wanted cash and that is all. I walked out very pissesd off with massive infections in my teeth. I could not believe any doctor would treat patients with much needed help this way. Would not recommend these people to anyone and hope that someday they have to deal with what I did in this office.
