Dr. Maddie & her team are absolutely phenomenal! Amy is my hygienist and does such a thorough job. Dr. Maddie is also very thorough in her exams and screens for cancer on top of of everything else. The office is always clean and staff super friendly.

Everyone was so friendly and very professional! Lainey does a great job with welcoming patients to the operating rooms and taking x-rays. Amy always makes my teeth feel and look so clean and healthy! Doctor Maddie did a great job with filling a small cavity I had and I haven’t had any issues with it since! Shelly and Alli do a great job assisting the doctor with whatever is needed of them. Kayla was very friendly and had answers for all the questions I had and the front desk and waiting room were clean and well organized!

I am always SO nervous for any dental appointment. However this was so different from the start. Kayla was extremely sympathetic and accommodating when it came to scheduling me right away. Amy explained everything before she did it and made sure I was 100% comfortable the entire time. On top of that, they gave an amazing discount because my dental insurance wasn’t contracted. Two appointments, two busts. Made first time appointment with dentist at Midwest dental back in December for an early February date. Showed up and was informed the dentist I had appointment with departed in January and they had no record of me. Waukon is 20 miles from my location so I was a bit irritated. Then I made another appointment with one of the other dentists due to a broken tooth and was given a date a week later. I showed up again, but this time was told the appointment was one month later, that I made the mistake. While I may have made the error, they knew it was for a broken tooth and scheduled me that far out. In general, I am not a happy camper with Midwest Dental
