Do not go here. I have never had such an awkward experience at the dentist. Before I even left I was given a bill for my upcoming visit to treat cavities, instead of treating the 'cavities' I was told just to go home and floss(my second opinion assured me I have no cavities). Not to mention they continuously told me I did not have insurance BUT they had no problem submitting my claims under someone else's insurance. Needless to say, after spending hours on the phone with my insurance company, this place sent us a refund for HUNDREDS of dollars that we over paid. If your elderly go here, and are told they need to pay, please double check. Do Not Trust This Place

If I could give it a zero star, I would. I visited the Dundee location and not worth 1 star. Had an appointment to address cavity, 30-45 minutes doing X-rays to then be told I’d have to reschedule as there isn’t enough time. How’s that my fault? Staff never explained the process and coincidentally their system experienced an outage. No one ever followed up to reschedule or verify benefits. I call after a week and leave 2 voicemails yet no one returned my calls. This week I called again, the staff claims to have no record of me visiting their location. I was simply flabbergasted. I took time off work (unpaid) to sit in a dentist chair for fun? Just unacceptable, now I have to take time off again to see another dentist and restart the process.. If you want to waste your time, see this dental office. I’m done wasting my time with them.

I am a healthcare worker and understand how important timeliness of patient arrival is to sticking on schedule and having a smooth flow of the day. I arrived 10 minutes late to one of the last appointments on a Friday and had to use the bathroom when I arrived…Worst patient etiquette ever! The staff did not say anything negative to me and just went about their jobs-which I so appreciated as I was embarrassed by my tardiness! They treated me effectively and efficiently and most importantly kindly. Thank you all for a great experience. Then at the end of my appointment I realized I forgot my dental insurance card at home…again terrible patient! They front desk staff were so patient and kind to me! I love this place. It’s weird because when I go there they drill holes in my teeth or yank them out. He only thing that hurts is the shots. Got my wisdom teeth out 6 months ago. It took Dr. S literally 9 minutes to do both of them. I felt nothing, and had 0 pain while recovering. I have a tooth that needs a crown, and I am fine with it. I know it will go well, and it won’t put me in the poor house. The staff is friendly, and knows thier trade.

My mother does not have a google account But this needs to be heard. Her review: His work is decent. But its his bedside mannors are unacceptable. Because you had a bad day does not give you the right to yell at your patients and treat your staff the way you did in front of your patient. I felt as if I was belittled by Dr. Z I call to complain and get my records and the office manager (Dr. Z's wife) tells me that she doesn't want to make me think as if this is my fault, but Dr. Z almost had a heart attack. My third visit with this doctor was my last.
