I really wish I could give them 5 stars. They were able to fit me in for a cleaning the next day due to a cancellation and the visit went great. However, when I stated I didn't want to schedule a follow up visit at that moment the hygienist said if I didn't she would "be put on the naughty list." I felt sorry that her employer was so heavy handed on getting patients to sign up for follow ups, but that's not really my fault and still declined. Now, a week or two after my visit I get a text saying my visit is scheduled for July! What a shady and coercive business practice!

Had to have a couple of wisdom teeth pulled and had never had a procedure done like this before. They explained very well what I should expect and what would be done. The whole process was a lot easier than I ever expected. The actual procedure was super quick and easy. I didn't even had any soreness that or the next. I have visited Midwest Dental now two times. During both visits I was greeted with warm welcomes and felt at home. My dental hygienist, Ariel, was fantastic. She was caring, helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond for me as a patient. During my second visit where I needed to get a filling the dentist talked me through the whole process to make me feel comfortable and so I understood what was happening. Dr. Ray is fantastic. The people are great.The problem is there practice of handling insurance sucks.They have me an estimate of just over 510.00.When I got my bill it was well over 1200.00.They took out fillings and placed them with material insurance wouldn't cover. I'm in MN from out of town and ran into a tooth problem and I also needed a cleaning. Dr. Christensen was recommended by friends and got me in quickly. My back molar was at issue and after x-rays and checking he determined it could be saved and they got me in quickly and worked with me in the time frame I had while in Minnesota. Marvelous! They gave me upfront costs on the crown just in case it went that direction. Thankfully it didn't. Great team, friendly, communicative with costs, helpful. Overall one of the best experiences in a dentist office in a long time.
